Presidential Duties include presiding at meetings of the Tucson NAACP, acting as Chair of the Executive Committee. To encourage and assist all Committees in the development of their programs.

1st Vice Presidential Duties include performing all duties of the President in the case of her absence or disability.

Secretarial Duties include giving members notice of regular special meetings and to keep full and accurate records of the Tucson NAACP proceedings.

Assistant Secretarial Duties may be assigned by the Secretary and include performing the duties of the Secretary in their absence; or in the event, for any reason it shall be impracticable for the Secretary to act personally.

Treasurer Duties include acting as a chief financial officer of the Tucson NAACP and submit year-end financial reports to the National Office on or before March 1st.

Assistant Treasurer Duties may be assigned by the Treasurer and include performing the duties of the Treasurer in their absence; or in the event, for any reason, it shall be impracticable for the Treasurer to act personally.

Member-at-Large are to serve the board's strategic needs and as a liaison to the general membership.
